Bigger Covers For Morning Musume’s “Fantasy! Juuichi” Released

Left: Regular Version, Right: Limited Version

Bigger covers for Morning Musume’s 11th album titled Fantasy! Juuichi have been released.

It’s great to see that bigger covers have been released since it gives us a chance to look at the themes better, and from what I can see they are amazing since they each have a dark or bright background along with interesting doll poses.

Each cover features all of Morning Musume in the princess outfits from their latest single Onna to Otoko no Lullaby Game which isn’t that surprising since it will be released a little bit too soon after the single, and even though the outfits are not original I do like how they look since they are very elegant (we only saw the outfits for a minute in the PV so it shouldn’t be a problem for most fans).

Apart from the outfits each cover has a doll theme where all of the members are in doll poses, which is very impressive since the princess outfits along with the somewhat simple backgrounds do make each member seem like a porcelain doll.

As for the covers themselves, the regular version features a light brown background with a building in the background, and despite it being a bit simple I like the way it looks since it almost seems to suggest a storybook.

The Limited cover features a dark background with a very elegant dollhouse in the background along with a dark sofa, and I have to admit that this is my favorite cover since it features an elegant theme that matches the doll poses that each one of the members is doing.

Overall the covers are very impressive and among the best album covers I have seen from Momusu since the doll poses, elegant backgrounds, and impressive and unique princess outfits all combine to form an elegant but simple theme.

Hopefully we get to hear a few previews of the songs since I would really like to find out if they will relate to the cover, but meanwhile I hope many fans reserve their copy of the album since it seems like it will be a very impressive release.

The release date is set for 12/1.

Love the covers. Reina and Sayu really look like dolls!

Okay, so the covers do seem to go with the theme of the title. I like them better now that I can see more detail and get more of an idea what they’re going for. I wouldn’t call them favorites but they’re good pictures and I think will make a nice final album for the three upcoming graduates.

I despise the fact that Reina is essentially covering Lin with her ridiculously huge bow in the regular version.

The bow is pretty ridiculous – they should’ve put her in back with that instead covering most of Linlin. Really, Linlin, Junjun, and Eri should be front and center anyway for this release (I know, it’s silly to think H!P would do that).

I like the album cover for this, i love the outfits even though it’s re-used and what i like about the limited edition is it’s a shot from a side. Usually when their in that formation the picture is taken from the front but this one is from the side so you can see a bit more of linlin.

The thing I love the most is Ai’s expression, she looks real doll like.. If anyone knows about the anime/manga Rozen Maiden Ai looks a lot like one of those dolls
