Muten Musume – “Appare Kaiten Zushi!” PV Released

18 11 2010

The full PV for Muten Musume’s single Appare Kaiten Zushi! has been released.

For the most part the PV doesn’t feature a set story apart from all of the chibi Muten Musume characters moving along to the music in various scenes, but I have to admit that I really loved the way that the PV looked since it had very interesting graphics and animations.

It is somewhat hard to explain the PV but basically there are many scenes with Muten Musume moving along to the beat among plates of sushi and other sushi related images (a sushi chain store, the mascots of the chain, etc), and even though there are many scenes that are repeated I have to admit that I really loved the PV since the theme is unique and interesting.

Overall I really liked the way that the PV came out since the mood of the song is reflected in each scene (such as the ending where everyone is resting after eating so much), and despite being a bit too random I liked how the animations and graphics looked.

Hopefully all Momusu fans can watch the PV since it does look like a great video for the song.

Berryz Koubou – “Alo Hello! 2” DVD Digest Released

18 11 2010

A DVD digest for Berryz Koubou’s Alo Hello! 2 has been released.

The preview features scenes of each one of the members posing for the camera in many locations, and apart from that we don’t get a chance to see that much since the preview is about half a minute long which means that it is somewhat of a shorter preview than usual, but despite that it does give us a good idea at what to expect and for the most part I have mixed reactions.

From what we can see in the video each one of the members appears in a casual scene and then appears in a solo close-up where they smile at the camera, which is very similar to Momusu’s Alo Hello! 4 in some ways, and even though we should most likely wait until the DVD is released before jumping to conclusions I do hope that there many interesting challenges instead of just posing for the camera.

Apart from that I really liked how amazing the the scenes looked, and even though there isn’t a group shot showing off all of the members I did like how they each had a unique setting where they posed and smiled.

Overall the preview doesn’t show off that much, which is somewhat disappointing since we don’t really know much, but it does give us a brief look at what each member is wearing and what the Hawaiian scene looks like.

Hopefully Berryz fans get a chance to watch the preview (it won’t take much time) since it does feature some great scenes showing off each member.

The release date is set for 11/17.

S/mileage – “Odoru Yo” Radio Preview Released

18 11 2010

A radio preview for one of the tracks from S/mileage’s 1st album titled Odoru Yu has been released.

For the most part the song features a calm, almost reggae beat, with many interesting vocals from S/mileage and someone else (I don’t really know if it is Tsunku), and even though the preview is somewhat short it does give us a good idea of what to expect and I have to admit that I really liked the song.

It is somewhat hard to describe the song but if you have heard some reggae type songs then you probably have a good idea of the beat since it features a calm tropical-style type instrumental, which is very interesting since not many songs have that sound among H!P groups, although it is an interesting release since it is so unique.

Hopefully fans get a chance to listen to the preview since it is definitely a unique song with a great calm beat and catchy vocals, and even though the preview is short it sounds amazing so far.

The release date is set for 12/8.

The tracklist for Mano Erina’s limited edition DVD from her 2nd album titled More Friends has been released.

When I first saw the tracklist I was very impressed with the amount of videos included since there are about six different videos: an alternate Genkimono de Ikou! version, a musical play directed by Mano (according to Google Translate), an alternate Onegai Dakara PV, Mano’s segment on Kitty Paradise Peace, footage of her movie premiere, and the album making of.

It’s great to see that they are trying their best to include as much material into the album as possible since it is a great chance for Mano fans to enjoy an album full of many great Mano songs along with many interesting videos, and I have to admit that I am very interested in the many video titles since there are many great bonuses.

The video most Mano fans will be looking forward to (at least overseas) will most likely be the footage of her movie premiere since it was Mano’s first time in the US, and even though we don’t really know how much of the premiere we will see it is a great way for fans who attended the event to relive the moment.

Hopefully we get to see previews for some of the videos included but we will most likely have to wait about three days before it is released to see them, but I do hope all fans have their copies already reserved since it seems like this album will be an amazing release for Mano fans.

The release date is set for 11/24.
