The cast and character list for “Oosama Game” has been released. Since the list is quite long I’m only listing any H!P related parts.

We all know that Kumai and Airi were playing as the main character and from the cast list the other members are portraying their classmates. Even though the other members aren’t the main character their names in the list is higher up than I thought so that means they’re not that much of a minor character.

I’m also surprised that Mori Saki was included in the cast list, even though she’s listed at the bottom I wasn’t expecting her to make an appearance since she wasn’t noted when the movie was first announced. Regardless of that though Mori Saki has a lot of acting experience so she’s a great addition to the movie.

Even though the movie doesn’t release until the winter I hope a preview of more promotion pictures are released soon since this is something new for everyone.

Kitahara Sayaka – “Yappa Seishun” PV Preview Released

The PV preview for Kitahara Sayaka’s 1st single titled Yappa Seishun has been released.

All of the PV takes place in a filming studio since it seems that they intended to show the props and accessories that are lying on the ground as well as the lightning and the blue screen Sayaka and Yossie are posing against, while zooming in and out, and I have to say that I really like this setting since it’s unusual and makes us feel more the vibe of the song (it makes it look more realistic).

From the preview, there is 3 scenes: one of Sayaka in the blue fluffy outfit from the Limited edition cover against a black wall with lights where she is dancing, another shot is of Sayaka in her Regular edition outfit in the props room setting singing and doing some dance moves, and the last shows us Sayaka and Hitomi, as player and coach shooting footballs on a goal, doing various acts…

I have to say that even though the PV seems to lack various settings, it’s still pretty interesting since they managed to stay in the theme of the anime (football), while making it cute and fitting to the song in some kind of way, and I’m really glad to see how well Sayaka did for her first solo videos since she did react pretty well with the camera, and Yossie.

Hopefully everyone can watch it and support Sayaka in her upcoming career.

The release date is set for 6/22.

Official Hangry & Angry Youtube Channel Opened

The official Hangry & Angry Youtube Channel has opened.

So far there are only 2 videos uploaded. They’re both of Kill me Kiss me while one is the live version the other is the video clip. Since it just opened I wouldn’t expect too many videos but I’m sure more will be uploaded soon. Also I’m guessing since their Youtube channel opened about a month before the Japan Expo 2011 they may be uploading some footage from there.

Hangry & Angry To Perform In Indonesia

According to a release post by Clash Cosplay, Hangry & Angry will perform in Indonesia.

I was very surprised, to say the least, when I found out about this next overseas trip for Hangry & Angry since it has been quite some time since we last heard from them, that being Rika appearing at NYAF back in August or their tour around Europe back in March of last year.

Since they haven’t released new songs in quite some time it would be a great chance to do so since the publicity from the trip will most likely help, but they will most likely not release any new material since all news about them has been somewhat quite for the past year, although I still hope that they will since this group has a unique sound that most fans love.

Even though we haven’t gotten an official confirmation about their trip to Indonesia I am very excited to see that they will once again perform overseas since there are most likely many excited fans looking forward to their visit in July, so hopefully we get an official mention about this trip so that we can confirm and fans can begin to prepare for their appearance.

The appearance will be on 7/24 at Balai Kartini in Jakarta.

Yoshizawa Hitomi Holding Solo Fanclub Event

Yoshizawa Hitomi will be holding a solo FC event.

I was really expecting Yossie to be holding a FC event for her birthday since Rika was having some event for her birthday too. There’s not a lot to report since anything can happen at FC events and we don’t know what she’ll be doing but I’m sure fans will enjoy whatever it is.

Her FC event will be 4/2.

Dream Morning Musume Announces Fall Concert Currently “Untitled”

Dream Morning Musume announced that they will be holding a Fall concert currently “Untitled“

The news is on their official site and the concerts will start somewhere in September 2011.

Other than that announcement nothing else is known. I’m really surprised to hear that they’ve announced another concert before the 1st one even began! Hearing about another concert I’m also excited because the Fall concert could be used to promote the album, so if there are any new songs we’ll be able to hear it performed live, which I find more better than the studio version.

Pre-sale tickets for the concert is currently available and the concert is planned for 9/2011.

Dream Morning Musume Announces Album Titled “Dream 1”

Dream Morning Musume announced at a press conference that they will be releasing their 1st album titled “Dream 1“.

There will be two versions, the limited and regular edition. The limited edition comes with a DVD while the regular comes with a postcard.

Hearing that they announced an album I’m really excited to hear what kind of songs they have on it, I’m hoping they’ll release some new songs but it’s also possible that they will be doing covers so we’ll see how that turns out.

Also originally Tsuji Nozomi had been listed as a member but after giving birth and all of course she wouldn’t have been included in the concerts but I’m wondering if she will be participating in the album. As for the recent graduates, they most likely won’t be participating in this album since Junjun and Linlin have returned to China and Kamei will probably still be recovering. But on their official site it says that the line up may change at the concert so it’s possible that they may change who participates on the album.

Overall I’m looking forward to seeing Dream Morning Musume continue their activity and I hope that their concert as well as their album is a success!

The album will be released on 4/20.

Morning Musume OG Concert Tour 2011 Announced

A concert tour for Morning Musume OG titled Dream Morning Musume Concert Tour 2011 Haru no Mai ~Sotsugyousei DE Saikessei~ has been announced.

Acording to the announcement Nakazawa Yuko, Iida Kaori, Abe Natsumi, Yasuda Kei, Yaguchi Mari, Ishikawa Rika, Yoshizawa Hitomi, Tsuji Nozomi, Ogawa Makoto, Fujimoto Miki, and Kusumi Koharu will be participating in the concert tour (basically everyone except Konno Asami).

I’m glad to see that they decided to do a Morning Musume OG tour since it has been a while since we last saw them perform together, and while Konno won’t be able to perform (most likely because she is busy at training for her TV Tokyo announcer job) it will most likely be a great tour for all OG fans since we will be able to see most of OG performing H!P classics.

We don’t know what the setlist may contain but it will most likely have many solo songs from each one of the solo artists (Nakazawa, Iida, Abe, Yaguchi, and Fujimoto) as well as some group performances, which should be very interesting to see since we will get a chance to hear many great songs being performed by OG members.

For now we don’t know what to expect from the tour, but hopefully OG fans buy their tickets to enjoy this unique and impressing concert tour when it starts in April.

Ishikawa Rika & Yoshizawa Hitomi FC Event Announced

Ishikawa Rika and Yoshizawa Hitomi will have an FC exclusive event titled Ishikawa Rika & Yoshizawa Hitomi FC Event.

It seems that Rika and Yossie are a bit busy with work lately since they have each had many events separately such as Yossie’s recent performance in Bangkok or Rika’s upcoming appearance at NYAF, but it’s great that they will once again appear as a duo for an event.

With the recent announcement of a 1st generation event plus the past 5th and 6th generation events it was just a matter of time until we had a similar announcement for another generation, and while it isn’t technically a generation event it is still a great show for Rika and Yossie fans to attend.

Hopefully many fans attend the event since it seems like it will be a great performance to see.

The event will take place at Yokohama BLITZ on the following dates:

Yoshizawa Hitomi Casual Dinner Show & Special Live Announced

Yoshizawa Hitomi will be having an FC exclusive casual dinner show as well as a special live in October.

I’m glad to see that among the many casual dinner shows planned during the next few months there will be one for Yossie since she is among the most active of the OG members, and even though the event isn’t for another two months it is still a great notice for fans to buy tickets.

I was kind of surprised to see that she will be having two different events so close together but it is a great chance for her fans to enjoy a dinner show and then to listen to a special live a few days after, so hopefully many fans buy tickets to enjoy the shows.
