Otsuka Aina, Mogi Minami, and Ogawa Rena Added To Hello! Pro Eggs

20 06 2011

Apart from the three new Eggs mentioned yesterday, Morning Musume 9th generation finalists Otsuka Aina and Mogi Minami, along with another girl called Ogawa Rena have been named as performers for the next Egg event as well (which most likely means they are now part of H!P Eggs).

This was revealed in the official confirmation of their September event now titled Hello! Pro Egg 2011 Happyou Kai ~September no Nama Tamago Show!~.

I didn’t expect to hear from Otsuka Aina or Mogi once Kanon, Riho, and Erina were selected but it seems that Tsunku had other plans since they will be performing at the event, and while we haven’t seen any official photos of them as members of H!P Eggs this will most likely make many fans who supported them throughout the auditions very happy, and while we got to see them perform on the specials that aired for the auditions we will probably see them more improved by the time the event starts.

There are currently no photos of Ogawa Rena but here are a few from the 9th gen finals for those who don’t remember who Mogi and Aina are (Mogi is in the top picture and Otsuka is in the bottom):

So far the current total of Eggs is at 14 (if Mogi, Otsuka, and Ogawa are confirmed as members at the event) and with 6 new members in the past two days it seems that they are slowly recovering in the amount of members that they had, although for now I’m really happy that the H!P Eggs are finally gaining new members who will hopefully one day debut into groups or become solo artists.

Here is the list of the Eggs who will participate in the event on September:

  • Kaneko Rie
  • Takeuchi Akari
  • Miyamoto Karin
  • Katsuta Rina
  • Takagi Sayuki
  • Tanabe Nanami
  • Nagazawa Wakana
  • Kudou Haruka
  • Yoshihashi Kurumi
  • Hamaura Ayano
  • Taguchi Natsumi
  • Otsuka Aina
  • Mogi Minami
  • Ogawa Rena

Hopefully fans who are in Japan can attend the show since it will be very fun to see how the 6 new members perform in their first event.

The concerts will be on 9/11 at 15:30 and 18:30 at Yokohama BLITZ.

The official site for Hello! Project Eggs Shinjin Kouen November ~Yokohama JUMP~ has been opened.

It’s great to see the setlist for the concert since we can finally get a chance to know what to expect when it starts next month, and even though it is the last Shinjin Kouen concert (before a new training program starts) it will be fun to see how the Eggs perform for fans.

As expected the setlist features many H!P favorites such as Go Girl ~Koi no Victory and Love Machine, and even though it doesn’t look like a long setlist it does feature many songs that the H!P Eggs are familiar with which will most likely mean that we will see all of the H!P Eggs performing their best when the concert arrives.

Hopefully all H!P Egg fans can go to the concert since it will be a great chance to see them perform before the new training program is announced.

The concert is scheduled for 11/28 at 15:30 and 18:30.

The members who won’t be attending are Aoki Erina (no surprise there), Tanaka Anri, Sainen Mia, Sezaki Azusa and Komine Momoka.

Despite them using the same profile pictures as their Yokohama HOP! concert I am glad to see that many of the regular performers are going to be once again in the concert, especially Mori Saki and Kikkawa Yuu.

From what has been revealed in the setlist it seems that H!P Egg fans are in for a great concert since the list so far features some great H!P classic songs which will most likely be performed well by the members that will be performing.

For now we don’t know what is in the rest of the setlist or who is singing what so we will have to wait to find out, but so far I am excited since the little information that has been revealed looks great.

The concert will be on:

  • 9/5 Yokohama BLITZ (Kanagawa) – 15:30 / 18:30

“2010 Hello! Project Shinjin Kouen 11gatsu ~Yokohama JUMP!~” Announced

3 08 2010

Hello! Pro Egg’s next concert titled 2010 Hello! Project Shinjin Kouen 11gatsu ~Yokohama JUMP!~ has been announced.

H!P Eggs seem to have a pretty regular concert schedule (a concert every three months during the year, except for November), so it was somewhat expected that we would see an announcement be released soon to confirm a concert in November, even though their September concert hasn’t even occurred.

Right now the only information available is the one from the image above (FC newsletter) but more info will be released in the coming months, along with a possible list of who will perform and what songs we will see.

For now we will have to wait for an official confirmation but hopefully many Eggs get a chance to appear in this concert.

The concert will be on:

  • 11/28 Yokohama Blitz (Kanagawa) – 15:30 / 18:30

Hello! Project Egg’s 2010 Hello! Project Shinjin Kouen 9 Gatsu ~Yokohama STEP!~ has been announced.

No list of performers has been revealed but it’s great to see that they will have another concert so soon after their ~Yokohama HOP!~ event which will take place in June.

More information will most likely be revealed as the performance date nears, such as a performer list and the setlist (H!P Eggs are the only group from H!P to reveal the setlist before the concert) so hopefully all H!P Egg fans can attend their concert.

The concert will be on:

  • 9/5 Yokohama BLITZ (Kanagawa) – 15:30 / 18:30

An H!P Egg concert titled 2010 Shinjin Kouen Jun ~Yokohama HOP!~ has been announced. This will be the first concert for the three new Eggs Nagasawa Wakana, Kizawa Runa, and Kudou Haruka.

The following Eggs have been confirmed to be part of the concert:

1st Row: Tanaka Anri, Sengoku Minami, Kikkawa Yuu, Furukawa Konatsu, Sainen Mia
2nd Row: Mori Saki, Kitahara Sayaka, Komine Momoka, Saho Akari, Okai Asuna
3rd row: Sekine Azusa, Fukumura Mizuki, Maeda Irori, Kaneko Rie, Arai Manami
4th row: Takeuchi Akari, Miyamoto Karin, Satou Ayano, Hirano Tomomi, Katsuta Rina
5th row: Takagi Sayuki, Tanabe Nanami, Kizawa Runa,
Nagasawa Wakana, Kudou Haruka

I’m excited that we will finally get a chance to see another H!P Egg concert since they usually have some great H!P songs as well as some great combinations of singers, and while it is somewhat sad that we will no longer hear Wada, Yuuka, Kanon and Ogawa since they have already graduated from the H!P Eggs it will no doubt be an impressing concert.

This is also the first time we will get to hear the three new Eggs:

From left to right: Nagasawa Wakana, Kizawa Runa, and Kudou Haruka

Kudou Haruka has already performed at the Golden Week events that H!P held recently along with Mori Saki, Kitahara Sayaka, Saho Akari and Miyamoto Karin so she already has some experience performing in front of many people, as well as Nagasawa and Kizawa who performed on other days.

Overall the number of Eggs participating will be very impressing and while the setlist has just a few songs it will no doubt be a great performance by all of them.

Good luck Nagasawa, Kizawa and Kudou in your first concert!

The H!P Egg Concert 2010 Shinjin Kouen June ~Yokohama HOP!~ concert will be on 6/5 at 15:30 and 18:30.

Sano Kaori and Mori Saki Added To Cast Of “Fashionable”

2 04 2010

Up-Front Egg Sano Kaori and Hello! Project Egg Mori Saki have been added to the cast of Morning Musume’s stage play Fashionable. Mori Saki and Sano Kaori will only perform on the following dates (according to the information from the FC):

  • 6/11 – 19:00
  • 6/14 – 19:00
  • 6/16 – 19:00
  • 6/17 – 15:00 / 19:00
  • 6/25 – 19:00

I’m glad to see that Mori and Sano are being added since it means that we will have a bigger cast, although I have no idea what kind of roles they could have that are only needed a few of the days of the stage play’s run, but we will most likely find out when the play starts.

Mori Saki is a great actress as can be evidenced by the many plays she is asked to act in (she just recently performed in one), and Sano is an Up-Front Egg which means that she is specifically targeting acting which means that she most likely has a lot of skills in plays, so it will be interesting to see how the play looks with them.

I wish the best of luck to Mori Saki and Sano Kaori during their appearances in Momusu’s stage play and I hope we can find out what kind of roles everyone will have soon.

Official H!P FC News Release About Mori and Sano In Fashionable

Note: According to the release there are a few dates that have something to do with BS-TBS, although I can’t translate why the dates are singled out (I will update when I find out):

  • 6/14 – 19:00
  • 6/17 – 15:00 / 19:00
  • 6/25 – 19:00

S/mileage Graduate From Hello! Project Eggs

29 03 2010

S/mileage members Wada Ayaka, Maeda Yuuka, Fukuda Kanon and Ogawa Saki graduated from Hello! Pro Eggs in the last concert of the Yokohama GOLD in preparation of their full H!P debut.

They have graduated from H!P Eggs, but according to what Tsunku mentions on his blog he doesn’t know the fate of the group until the reveal of the total smiles at the end of the Mano Erina and S/mileage joint concert tour on 4/3.

I’m happy to see that they have finally graduated, and while this doesn’t necessarily mean that they will debut it is a good sign that they are on their way to becoming a full group under the H!P umbrella. As for the challenge, they most likely did accomplish the goal, but we will have to wait for a confirmation at the Mano / S/mileage concert in April (even though it’s pretty much guaranteed they will debut).

Congratulations Wada Ayaka, Maeda Yuuka, Fukuda Kanon and Ogawa Saki on graduating from Hello! Project Eggs and I, among many others, look forward to your full debut into Hello! Project!

S/mileage graduated at the 3/27  Hello! Pro Egg concert.
