Mano Erina – “My Days For You” Single V Cover Released

The Single V cover for Mano Erina’s 10th single titled My Days For You has been released.

The LQ single covers were released today so it was expected that the Single V cover would be released alongside it and I’m glad to see that it did since it looks as great as the others do, but with a somewhat different tone compared to the single covers since it has a lot of blue (which matches well since it’s calm and casual).

It almost looks like Mano just woke up and she’s taking a look outside her room, which is a great addition to the calm and casual theme that the single has, but apart from the setting and Mano’s look it seems like the title art for the single isn’t that creative (they seem to be using the same bold black letter font for her recent releases).

At first glance I almost didn’t notice the top of the cover, which appears to be a lamp and part of a wall, and while I’m not sure if it is part of the setting (it might be another room of the house, or it might be an office) it seems to distract from the calm blue setting that the rest of the cover has, but for the most part it’s not that noticeable.

Hopefully fans who usually purchase Single V’s buy this version as well since it looks great.

The release date is set for 7/6.

The covers for Mano Erina’s 10th single titled My Days For You have been released.

The regular cover was revealed earlier today so I’m glad to see that all of the covers have been released since there are only a few more weeks until the single is out, and despite the small sizes of the covers I am impressed with how great they look.

Like her previous single there is a bit of variety in each version (to a certain extent), and from what I can tell there are three different outfits that she is wearing (although we will most likely not see them too much), and since they all have the same color (white) they are a great way to give the cover a casual and calm look.

The regular cover was the one revealed earlier today and for the most part it’s a simple but amazing cover since it features Mano smiling at the camera while in front of what appears to be a fence, and I’m relieved to see that the dark contrast of the preview we saw doesn’t appear in the normal version since this cover looks incredible as it is.

The Limited A features three pictures of Mano while she drinks and/or eats as well as a picture of her smiling while looking down, and while it might be a bit too different from the others since it seems a bit too casual (it looks like a page from a PB) I love how it looks since it relates to the calm sound of the song.

The Limited B is among my favorites as well since we get to see Mano looking at the camera (she seems confused) and while it might be a bit too similar to the normal version (I couldn’t tell them apart at first glance) it seems like a great addition to the single.

Despite not having that much of a difference I was glad to see that they added the Limited A version cover since it seems like a nice way to try out alternate layouts for future singles since the current theme of her smiling at the camera is a bit too overused (although her smile is cute).

Overall the covers are impressing since they relate to the song well with their comforting and calm settings, and while there doesn’t seem to be that much variety I am amazed at how great Mano looks in each one of them.

We will probably get to see bigger covers sometime soon (most likely from Amazon.jp) so we will update when they are released.

Hopefully fans can reserve their copies since this single looks great so far.

Mano Erina – “My Days For You” Cover Released

One of the cover for Mano Erina’s 10th single titled My Days For You has been released.

Even though we don’t know which cover this it since someone found it by mistake, but it still sets us in the theme given to the covers and I have to say that I’m a little disappointed by what we got to see.

The cover is as usual, a close-up shot of Mano smiling widely wearing a white blouse and her hair happily flowing in the wind with a white headband on it, and the background used is green and very blurry, but it seems like she’s in a field standing before the stairs where the audience sits to watch a match…

Even though usually Mano’s covers are simple, they manage to give them a nice addition like cool backgrounds, flashy texts or cute facial expressions from her to make them unique and attractive, but this time, the cover seems very plain which is kind of deceiving, and the plane black title and informations seem to fit wrong with the colors and the heavy amount of green on the background.

This is only one of the covers, and it is most probably the regular cover, so hopefully we’ll soon know which one it is and get to see the others too to see if they all have that similar theme or if they have different settings and outfits used in them (we only got to see one version of the PV where Mano is wearing a completely different outfit so maybe this white one is used in another version and we’ll see the black outfit in one of the covers).

Next Ustreamusume To Feature All Leaders

It was announced that the next Ustreamusume show on 6/8 will feature all leaders from the Mobekimasu groups, although with a few changes.

Niigaki Risa, the host of the show along with the 9th generation members who have been doing the Ustreamusume shows from the beginning will be present along with: Takahashi Ai (Morning Musume), Shimizu Saki (Berryz Koubou), Okai Chisato (C-ute), Wada Ayaka (S/mileage) and Mano Erina.

Before everyone starts thinking it’s a mispelling, Chisato will effectively replace Maimi for this show since the official leader of C-ute will be absent, and I have to say that it was intreeguing that they picked Chisa instead of Nakky who is the second oldest, but I think they did a good job since Chisa’s personality could brighten up the show.

Apart from that, I’m really excited for this show since it will be fun to see the leaders (and Chissa) from each group react with the new 9th generation member since it seems that they didn’t have the chance to be with them that much yet, and I hope that they’ll have guests like this more often since the only exceptions that occur usually in Ustream show is members from other groups appearing a few seconds for promotion.

Hopefully everyone can catch the show on Wednesday and see how well the members interact with each other.

Shibata Ayumi-1st Mini Album Titled Changed To “Natural” & Released Date Postponed

Shibata Ayumi’s 1st mini album title has changed to “Natural” and the release date is being postponed.

The title was originally All but is now changed to Natural, there’s no reason listed as to why the title was changed but either title would’ve been fine. Though I like Natural a little bit more since it hints that she’ll be natural, she won’t be digitalized or edited of any sort.

The release date has also been postponed and no reason was given for it either but I’m thinking since the title changed they may also be changing something in the tracklist.

Unfortunately a new release date hasn’t been announced and CDJapan is the only place that has the listing up. Other sites have removed the listing so we don’t know how much longer the album will be postponed for.

I’m not a big fan of Shibata Ayumi and I don’t follow her too often but I hope everything goes well for her since this is her 1st mini album and her 1st time working solo. Hopefully it will be released and everyone can support Shibata Ayumi by purchasing a copy.

Suzuki Airi- Special Announcement This Week

Suzuki Airi mentioned that she will be making an announcement this week.

My first thought when I read the news is I’m really confused and dumbfounded. Airi is making an announcement that she will be making another announcement so it’s a little confusing.

The announcement will be made on Youtube, which is quite strange for me since in the past they’ve never made announcements over Youtube and they do it at other events. (Concerts, fanclub events etc.) Also a video announcement is really different for members since they usually announce it live.

Other than that what Airi will be announcing is still a mystery and I hope it won’t be anything too shocking, like another audition. I’m thinking though that it’s something regarding her photobooks, since she released two recently and the released dates were quite close to each other and she’s also doing the same with 2 DVDs.

Hopefully everyone has a chance to check it out, Airi’s announcement will be on youtube on 6/10 at 8pm JST.
