The setlist for Hello! Project’s 2011 WINTER ~Kangei Shinsen Matsuri~ concert tour has been released.
I’m glad that the first concert featured so many new songs since it gave fans a great chance to be among the first to hear the new releases as well as to see some pretty unique pairings, such as Berryz Koubou, C-ute, S/mileage, and Mano Erina performing Dance de Bakoon! and Otakebi Boy WAO!.
The climax of the setlist would probably be the long awaited 9th generation announcement where Fukumura Mizuki, Ikuta Erina, Sayashi Riho, and Suzuki Kanon were chosen, and since fans got a chance to hear them sing in Tomo near the end of the concert it gave them a great opportunity to hear a preview of what they are capable of (probably not much yet since this is their first time in front of thousands of fans, except for Mizuki).
There doesn’t seem to be that many songs with Morning Musume members compared to the other groups, but since this is only one of the four planned setlists there will most likely be more songs in other concerts in a few weeks, so I look forward to finding out how many different songs are featured in total.
Hopefully fans can attend the rest of the concert tours since it seems like an amazing tour for fans to enjoy some songs from each group, and since there are still about 3 other “patterns” left for the concert tour I look forward to finding out what the A-2, B-1, and B-2 setlists are when they are released.

Definitely buying this concert DVD. I like the fact that it has Erina’s Ambitious Girls. And also that there are joint songs like seishun song, Dance de Bakoon and otakebi boy wao.
Just a quick question… The songs that have no band name next to them does that mean all groups sing?
Oh and I hope that the DVD setlist has Buono! and Lilpri or Oha Girl Maple.
Does anyone know who is going to take place in Tanpopo# after Eririn graduation? Or if they are going to be a three persons group? >_<
It’s usually the last concert in the series that makes it onto the DVD. But I hope they include the 9th Gen announcement as an extra! I’m looking forward to seeing how it was done. DId they line up all 5 candidates and announce the winners, leaving the losers to weep? Or did they only have the winners there? And where was Fukumura Mizuki when her name was announced?
Was there any news about the makeup of Shin Minimoni, Tanpopo♯ or Zoku・Viyuden? Were Eri, Jun, Lin replaced, or did the groups perform one short?
The 3 winners were already chosen. They had to make their way through the crowd to the stage. Fukimura Mizuki was already on stage as a backing dancer with the rest of the Pro Egg group. She was totally unaware she was going to be picked.
Who’s remplaced Linlin and Eri in the units ? : /
I also wonder if all the Champloo groups went on without any replacements…? I mean, what else could they do, there’s no way to teach 9th gen that in short of time, and I doubt some people would go on twice… Unless Ai went on for Shin Minimoni. XD But I guess Kanon is the leader now… And Aika is the leader of Tanpopo# now? It’s like G4 again…
2-nin zoku v-u-den…Weird.
I hope 9th gen are able to perform more than just unison songs! I’m sure fans would understand if they didn’t dance at the same level due to not knowing the moves… If they freestyle-danced and sang, I’d be okay with that. XD
I also hope that the there’s DVDs for all of them this time, because the start is already awesome.

Love the setlist, I hope Buono is featured in one of the setlists… (Give us a preview of Zassou no Uta XD)
Guruguru Jump is sooo not going to be the same without Linlin Junjun and Koha… I hope whoever sings those lines hits those notes or I’m going to be extremely disappointed :\
Love the collaboration between the groups singing some of the songs (BK, C-ute, Mano, S/mileage) If S/mileage and C-ute do a joint concert i think BK and Mano should do one, XD
