Kosuga Fuyuka To Leave S/mileage, Diagnosed With “Severe Anemia”

9 09 2011

It has been announced on S/mileage’s official site that current S/mileage sub-member Kosuga Fuyuka will be leaving S/mileage due to severe anemia, and will later on join Hello! Project Eggs after her long recovery.

According to the S/mileage site announcement, Fuu-chan has been feeling bad and was immediately transferred to the hospital because of her terrible condition, and later on diagnosed with “sever anemia” which seems to be when the body doesn’t produce enough red blood cells that provide oxygen, which causes dizziness, breathing troubles, etc…

I have to say that I really didn’t expect this news since it fell out of nowhere, and I’m surprised to see that everything moved so fast since fans reported that she was missing from the last S/mileage event due to a bad health condition, but it’s only now that we discover how bad her case seems to be, and I’m more surprised to see that it’s only now that they find out about her disease since there was no mention of her feeling bad before or experiencing any symptoms that might have made someone think she had anemia.

This seems like a really bad timing for S/mileage and Fuu-chan specially since S/mileage will now only continue with 7 members while their next single includes 8, and it seems like the upcoming concert tour will have to undergo some changes because of Fuu-chan’s loss, but what consoles me is that she has an assured place within H!P Eggs for when she fully heals which is a great relief for her fans since it is assured that she will keep on being active.

Even though she is set to rest for a few month, I really wish Fuyuka and S/mileage a good continuation because thanks to all of the sudden changes the group has experienced, it surely isn’t easy for the members, so hopefully everyone can keep on supporting S/mileage as well as Fuu-chan for her return in a few month as a H!P Egg.

Hopefully we will have more information as time goes by concerning her health condition, and we wish her a quick recovery.

Hello! Project Eggs 2011 Happyou Kai ~September no Nama Tamago Show!~ Official Site Opened

26 07 2011

An official site for the H!P Eggs event this september titled Hello! Project Eggs 2011 Happyou Kai ~September no Nama Tamago Show!~ has been opened.

The members participating are:

  • Kaneko Rie
  • Takeuchi Akari
  • Miyamoto Karin
  • Katsuta Rina
  • Takagi Sayuki
  • Tanabe Nanami
  • Nagazawa Wakana
  • Kudou Haruka
  • Yoshihashi Kurumi
  • Hamaura Ayano
  • Taguchi Natsumi
  • Otsuka Aina
  • Mogi Minami
  • Ogawa Rena

I’m really happy to see that we finally get the confirmation of the participating eggs in this event, and even though it was pretty clear that the 6 newly added Eggs would take part in the event, it’s still great news for them since we will finally get to see them perform live and see their interaction with the other members and the public.

I’m excited to see what kind of setlist will be performed since there are many new girls that might not be able to handle hard songs and dances, and since the setlist on the site is stated as “Coming Soon“, it should only be a matter of time until we see what kind of songs will be performed, and we finally have newly added official profile pictures and a little biography for each member on the “Profile” section of the site so this should fill anyone’s curiosity about the new members.

I highly encourage everyone in the area during that time to try and attend the event since this new generation of Eggs seems very promising.

The event will take place on 9/11 at 15:30 and 18:30.

UFZS Members Introduction Video Released

7 03 2011

A video was released featuring UFZS members introducing themselves where we get to see them dance-practice.

In the video, we get to see each girl’s name appear on screen while all of them are dancing energically and in a total coordination, probably practicing for the first K-pop dance cover they will be doing within the new project, and I have to say that I’m pleased to see that they are getting more exposure and promotion.

Through the video, we also get to see the girls talking about the dance lesson and what they feel about this new project one after the other, and even though I don’t understand much, it seems that they are excited about this. In the end of the video, we get to see a little bit more of the girls dancing.

Overall, I’m really pleased to see them get many more web exposure and promotion since it will definitly help them become more popular and known by the public.

Hopefully everyone can watch it to see the dance and the girls.

UFZS Starring A New H!P Show Titled “Up-Front Girls”

6 03 2011

The recent group formed by H!P Egg members called UFZS have been announced to be starring in a new H!P show called Up-Front Girls.

The news was announced on SkyPerfectTV’s official website since the show will start airing on this channel, and from what I understand, the show will feauture many artists within UFA, and the main stars will be UFZS.

I’m really surprised to see that a new H!P show has been announced so soon, right after the announcement of the new group, which is always interesting since this means that UFA plans a good promotion on this new group to make it known, and this new show is always a great way to show off various different artists within the agency.

I’m really happy to see that the girls are getting exposure since it will allow us to see them in action on set as well as getting to know each one better (they were too shadewed in the Eggs) through their reactions, and get to see the connection between the members.

Overall, I’m super excited to see at least a preview of this show and some more details since it’s definitely a great news for the girls.

The show will air on SkyPerfectTV on 4/2 in various times of the day.

Furukawa Konatsu Has Completed Her H!P Egg Traning

31 01 2011

It was announced on H!P official FC website that Furukawa Konatsu has officially completed her H!P Egg training.

The news of H!P Egg trainings ending are being a little bit too repetitive and each announcement is closer to the other, so I’m starting to wonder what H!P is really planning for all those accomplished Eggs… Many speculations about a new unit or even a group are being said, but until an official announcement, we cannot assure it.

Apart from that, tis is really a great news for Konatsu, and even though I don’t follow her that much, I’m sure that she is very talented for being in the firsts to complete her training.

Her next activity is same to Minami and Saki’s which is starring in a stage play, and even though I am happy for her to see that she is having something to do, I’m kind of disappointed to see that every girl gets the same activity after her completed training.

Until now, 5 girls have officially completed their training with only Kikka and Mizuki starting official careers, so hopefully Konatsu, Saki and Minami will have an official career started soon.

The stage play will be held from 3/9 ~ 4/10 and it will be titled Worsal Theater Produce Jikan Souzoubu~Super Time Management~.

Mori Saki Has Completed Her H!P Egg Training

17 01 2011

It was announed on H!P’s official website that the 3rd Egg to complete her training is Mori Saki (or 4th if you count Fukumura Mizuki).

I’m really astonished to see that the series of completed Egg training is still on, with Mori this time, which is really surprising since they all happened in such a short amount of time, and even though it is the case, i’m really happy about this news.

Like her 2 previous companions, I hope that Saki will get her official career started wether it is in singing, acting, dancing… For now her next activitie seems to be like Minami’s which is starring in a play titled Aru Jiisan ni Sengou wo which will take place from 8 to 17 of April.

This should be an amazing news for Mori fans and we’ll be waiting to see what kind of project UFA has for her.

Until then Congratulations Saki!

The setlist for Hello! Project’s 2011 WINTER ~Kangei Shinsen Matsuri~ concert tour has been released.

I’m glad that the first concert featured so many new songs since it gave fans a great chance to be among the first to hear the new releases as well as to see some pretty unique pairings, such as Berryz Koubou, C-ute, S/mileage, and Mano Erina performing Dance de Bakoon! and Otakebi Boy WAO!.

The climax of the setlist would probably be the long awaited 9th generation announcement where Fukumura Mizuki, Ikuta Erina, Sayashi Riho, and Suzuki Kanon were chosen, and since fans got a chance to hear them sing in Tomo near the end of the concert it gave them a great opportunity to hear a preview of what they are capable of (probably not much yet since this is their first time in front of thousands of fans, except for Mizuki).

There doesn’t seem to be that many songs with Morning Musume members compared to the other groups, but since this is only one of the four planned setlists there will most likely be more songs in other concerts in a few weeks, so I look forward to finding out how many different songs are featured in total.

Hopefully fans can attend the rest of the concert tours since it seems like an amazing tour for fans to enjoy some songs from each group, and since there are still about 3 other “patterns” left for the concert tour I look forward to finding out what the A-2, B-1, and B-2 setlists are when they are released.

The other dates for the tour are:
