It has just been announced that Yajima Maimi will star in a stage play titled Ran (English: Orchid).
I’m glad to see that more and more H!P members are getting a chance to star in their own plays and TV shows, especially Maimi who has many acting skills having already starred in her own movie last year.
There isn’t that much information available about the play for now, although the title’s meaning Orchid sounds somewhat fitting of Maimi. We will most likely find out soon enough what the plot and story is about, so hopefully it is a great play with an interesting story.
I will update with any more information when it is released.
The stage play will run from 7/7 ~ 11 with 8 performances scheduled for now (more will most likely be added in the coming weeks):
- 7/7 – 19:00
- 7/8 – 14:00 / 19:00
- 7/9 – 19:00
- 7/10 – 14:00 / 19:00
- 7/11 – 13:00 / 17:00

i think maimi is going to be an actor when she leaves h!p (not saying she’ll leave anytime soon and i hope she doesn’t leave soon) so far she’s acted in a lot of stuff, which is good.
