LQ covers from H!P’s official site for Morning Musume’s 47th single titled Kono Chikyuu no Heiwa wo Honki de Nagatterun da yo!/Kare to Issho ni Omise ga Shitai have been released.
Since the covers are really small and seem to have each a different pattern with some having the outfits for the first song, some for the second and some having both all together, it’s really hard to judge how everyone and how everything looks on the cover since they look quite busy, but we at least can get a general opinion about how they look and hopefully wait for clearer covers soon where we could check out the details.
So far, it seems that there are 3 different types of covers: featuring the gold outfits for the first song only (Limited A and C), featuring the colorful outfits for the second song only (Limited B) and featuring the members in both outfits (Regular Edition and Single V).
In my opinion, the covers that have only one of the outfits are really appealing since when we look only at them, they seem to be really well done since the gold theme is used perfectly in Limited A and C where we get to see the girls pose in frames in Limited A and posing in a sexy way aginst a lighter background in Limited C, with the title being written in dark gold/pale brown in the bottom, and I have to say that Limited A’s concept reminds me of Buono!’s Bravo Bravo because of the frames and the poses.
As for the Limited B, it seems to feature the outfits that we haven’t seen yet for the second cute song, and I have to say that they did an amazing job with the cover since it seems bright and colorful thanks to the blue background and the colorful outfits the members are wearing, as well as the title that’s written in big and in colors in the middle since it shows how happy and cute the song is, and the contrast between this cover and the gold ones is incredible.
Coming to the Regular edition, I’m kind of disappointed about it since it seems like a very poor montage of the girls in both outfits, meaning there is a total of 18 faces on the cover which is already really disturbing, as well as many colorful additions on the sides of the cover that for me seem to clash a little and don’t match that well, and I would have liked them to use the blue background of the Limited B cover for the Regular one too so that we would have 2 gold covers alongside 2 colorful covers.
Finally, Ai-chan’s special Regular edition’s cover is simply amazing since we get to see Ai-chan wearing what seems to be her outfit for her solo song while posing calmly against a gray wall, holding her hand up to her haid and smiling peacefully with the title that should be the one for her song and for Kono Chikyuu no Heiwa wo Honki de Nagatterun da yo! since those are the only songs featured in this special edition, so this could easily be my favorite cover from the whole batch since Ai-chan’s expression and the simplicity of the cover match her song perfectly.
The Single V cover was also released since we’re not that far away from the release date, and it seems to have a same setting as for the Regular cover, and I was kind of suprised to see that they squeezed in 3 Ai-chans with her look for each song, a crowded background with colorful faces, teddy bears, animals, etc… and even Tsunku who is on the right, so hopefully we can figure out why everything is positionned this way and why Tsunku is in the cover soon since many are speculating that he could be in one of the PVs (even though it’s not confirmed yet, but it would explain why he’s on the cover).
Overall, I’m really impressed by all of the covers since they are all very creative and have amazing contrast with being respective to their own themes, and my favorites are definitely Limited A and Ai-chan’s special edition, so I can’t wait to see the HQ covers for those.
Hopefully everyone can check them out to take a general look and have an idea of what the covers look like, and even though I’m a bit disappointed by Regular Editon and Single V’s covers, I still think fans who want to have a copy will be more than pleased to have it.
The release date is set for 9/14.
