C-ute – “Sekaiichi HAPPY na Onna no Ko” Full Radio Preview Released

6 08 2011

The full HQ radio preview for C-ute’s 17th single titled Sekaiichi HAPPY na Onna no Ko has been released.

For the most part, I’m really impressed with this song since after a few listens, it really seems to me like the perfect energetic and happy song from C-ute, and since it’s pretty catchy, I’m more and more impatient to see the PV now that we got a sneak-peak at the covers and possible second outfits.

As many might already know from the concert preview that was release a little while back, the song is similar in it’s energy and beat to Momoiro Sparkling since it’s a very happy and upbeat song that you can’t help but like in some kind of way, and even though some fans are deceived by C-ute’s latest happy singles, I think that this song is a wonderful addition to their releases.

The nice things about this song are firstly the funky and cute instrumental that’s really unique and addictive, as well as the fact that they seem to have given many lines to Mai and Nakky since their voices really fit this song and it would have been a waste for them not to have solo lines in this; and my favorite parts are definitely the fast-speeded lyrics before the chorus and specially the chorus itself, since all of the girls sing together a big part before coming up to an amazing instrumental with a catchy sound.

Overall, I believe that everyone should make his own opinion about the song and hear the preview, but in my case, I really like it a lot and I’m sure that the PV will change the mind of anyone who didn’t like it for now.

Hopefully with this clear preview, fans can start pre-ordering the single to support C-ute and enjoy an amazing release.

The release date is set for 9/7.

Love C-ute, but I’m not really feeling this song.

It’s okay. But it doesn’t really stand out for me.

I think it’s better than their last single but it just seems like the same sort of song that I’ve heard many times before.

Didn’t live up to my expectations…. Wish it was as wonderful as the CD cover itself… But then again, I was never really I fan of C-ute.

I like the group lines before the chorus a lot. Woah, Maimi’s line right before the chorus around 0:59 shocked me! She sang it so fast. I like it , not in love with it right now, but I’m sure it’ll get stuck in my head after a few listens.
The instrumental isn’t packing the punch or something. It kinda sounds like Cho! Wonderful (which should have been a single).

Actually its one of their better songs. Their last song was pretty forgettable. Kiss me Aishiteru still trumps this though!

It doesn’t sound too bad..pretty catchy. I always found it ironic that c-ute’s biggest hits are always the sexy/serious songs (kiss me aishiteru, aitai lonely christmas, forever love, namida no iro, tokaikko junjou…) despite their name haha
