I’ve been really waiting for this concert to be released, the main reasons is because it’s 9th gen’s first concert and I’m looking forward to hearing and seeing the live version of Fantasy 11 songs performed.

The tracklist is a solid one, there are 3 medleys included and they used a variety of songs for this concert. They haven’t performed The Manpower in awhile so it’s nice to see that in the setlist. There has only been a few videos uploaded so far of the concert and one of them happens to be Moonlight Night ~Tsukiyo no ban da yo and I have to say it’s an awesome performance by Riho, Gaki and Ai. The dance is amazing and you can see their energy in the dance. Hopefully everyone gets to see it before Youtube takes it down.

For the cover it’s very colorful and it’s real different from the usual DVD covers. However the pink boot in the background seems random and out of place. Regardless of that though this release is a very important one for Morning Musume. This release earns a 5 for excellent.

The long awaited DVD release for Morning Musume’s 2011 Spring Concert Tour and mostly, the 9th generation member’s first concert tour as part of Morning Musume!

This concert is really one of the must-haves for every Morning Musume fan since it marks the beginning of a new generation with the Kyuukies, and I’m really excited about this release since it will show everyone who purchases a copy how good and how well the Kyuukies interact either with the fans, the other members onstage and how they deal with difficult songs, how they manage to dance and sing at the same time, etc…

This being their first concert tour, it’s really something that most fans were excited about, and with the great tracklist full of amazing Momusu songs, it’s set to be an awesome concert to watch over and over again.

Thanks to the Kyuukies’ amazing personalities and talents, from Riho’s amazing dance, Mizuki’s amazing vocals, Erina’s cute shyness and Kanon’s energetic personality, I’m sure that the MCs for this first concert for them will be most entertaining to watch, so hopefully everyone can provide themselves with a copy to support both Momusu and the Kyuukies, and enjoy a wonderful concert full of great performances of great songs and amazing additions (the dance special in Moonlight Night, the MCs, Rainbow Pink, etc…).

15 min overview of the concert

Since the debut of the Kyuukies I have been looking forward to seeing them perform at a concert, and while nothing can compare to seeing them perform live a DVD release of the tour is the next best step, and along with 20 songs and medleys covering their latest album release and their most recent releases it seems like this concert is one of the best concerts I have seen and easily among my all time favorites due to the high amount of energy and talent that the new members bring to Momusu.

From the start of the concert where the Kyuukies come down the steps to join the other members of Momusu to the energetic and impressive performance of Maji Desu ka Ska! from both the fans and the members as well as all of the other songs that I have seen so far such as Suki na Senpai, Resonant Blue, as well as Sayumi’s solo medley and her performance with Erina, which have all left me amazed since everyone did a perfect job.

It’s rare when I see a full concert since I usually prefer to listen to the tracks, but from the many previews I have seen I plan on buying the DVD and enjoying the full concert at home, and I strongly suggest everyone else does it as well since the concert is simply one of the best for everyone to enjoy due to the great variety of songs included.

The cover is also as impressive as the concert since the colors and the bright title combine to form an amazing and eye catching display, and I’m glad to see that all of the members are easy to see and stand out in their own way.

Overall this release is simply perfect since it’s a great example about the amount of power and talent that the Kyuukies as well as the other members have, and while I have only seen a short 15 minute preview of the concert I strongly encourage that everyone get a copy to check out the full concert since it’s a perfect release for any Momusu fan.

Buono-Natsu Dakara! (Single V)

1. Natsu Dakara (close-up)
2. Natsu Dakara (PV)
3. Natsu Dakara (making of)

Buono’s Single V is very standard and there’s nothing different from the usual Single V’s. It still features the PV with another version of the PV as well as the usual Making Of.

The cover though is probably one of the best out of all Buono covers. The outfits look wonderful on all of them and their expression is all a cute and happy one. The sky background is beautiful and it really makes everything shine. Even the covers for the regular edition looked beautiful!

Overall there isn’t much difference with this Single V compared to others and besides the Making Of this Single V is almost the same as the regular edition of Natsu Dakara. For that this single is rated as 3 for average.
As most single Vs, the release for Buono!’s 12th single “Natsu DAKARA!” is no exception in the tracklist, but I highly encourage everyone to reserve a copy for many reasons.

First of all, Natsu DAKARA! is by far one of my favorite Buono! singles thanks to it’s fun-to-watch PV. It’s pleasant, bright and has 2 different scenes that each have many actions in them that all add up to form a really amazing PV to watch.

Another reason is like always, the making of, because thanks to the setting where it was shot and the additions in the PV, it seems that the girls had a lot of fun while filming the video, which is always great to see on the release since the girls in Buono! always figure out a way to make their Making Of’s unique and funny at the same time!

The cover helps a lot for everyone who’d like to buy it since it’s really one of the best I have seen from Buono! thanks to the expressions of each member, so I really recommend fans who liked the song to purchase a copy to be entertained with it!

I don’t pay much attention to Single V’s since I usually just check out the normal version of the PV when it is released and regularly after that, but for this release I was interested in seeing the close-up shot since the PV was simply amazing due to the green scenery in the background, the white dresses that each member wore, as well as the cute expressions of each member.

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a preview on Youtube but from the PV itself I can say that for sure this is one of the most angelic shots I have seen from H!P since the heaven-like setting of the PV along with the calm but catchy song combined perfectly. The only thing that stands out for me is that I wish there could have been more content since Single V’s feature only three videos, which isn’t that much compared to other groups, and while this will most likely not change anytime soon I hope we get to see at least a few more versions added to give fans more content for their support.

As far as content I would recommend this release for fans who prefer videos over songs since you can check out two versions of one song as well as a Making Of, but for me who focuses more on audio I will continue to lean toward getting a copy of the single. Despite that the release is still pretty solid for fans who love to see videos, and with Momo, Airi, and Miya in a cute and visually impressive PV it is well worth the purchase.

Thanks! ^o^
It seems that UFL focuses more on a quick reminder post compared to our thorough reviews, but it’s great that they also post a similar post since everyone can stay up to date and know what is being released ^_^

I already pre-ordered Blu-ray version of this Momusu Spring concert.

That’s good to know, I was thinking of buying Ai’s graduation concert on bluray so maybe I’ll go with Amazon Japan.
