S/mileage – “Uchoten LOVE” Alternate Covers Featuring Yuuka and Ogawa Released

26 07 2011

The covers for the special editions of S/mileage’s Uchoten LOVE featuring Maeda Yuuka and Ogawa Saki have been released.

The releases will be available only at this weekends Hello! Project 2011 Summer ~Nippon no Mirai wa WOW WOW Live and Hello! Project 2011 Summer ~Nippon no Mirai wa YEAH YEAH Live~ concerts.

As promised the alternate solo covers for S/mileage’s new single featuring Saki and Yuuka have been finally confirmed, and for the most part they have the same theme as Wada and Kanon releases a few weeks ago since each single features a close-up picture of them wearing the school outfits, but it’s a great bonus for fans of each member since it gives them a unique and rare edition of this single to own.

It might be a bit too early to say so but it seems like UFA has done an incredible job with this release since they released a box containing all of the versions as well as solo covers for each member, and while it seems like S/mileage is the only group to have these releases for now I hope we get to see other groups get similar releases in the future since this is the perfect way to encourage fans to get more than one version of the single.

The tracklist will most likely not change, and the only change seems to be the cover but I hope Yuuka, Saki, and S/mileage fans in general can get a copy of each to help support S/mileage in their last 4-nin release.

Ogawa Saki’s version will be available on 7/30, and Maeda Yuuka’s version will be available on 7/31.
