Hello! Channel Vol.4 Cover Released

15 04 2011

The cover for Hello! Project’s Hello! Channel Vol.4 mook has been released.

The first thing I noticed was that the cover seems to be a bit different from past releases since we get to see a completely different style for the logo of the magazine instead of the usual electronic theme it had before, and while I prefer the old style I have to admit that I liked this one as well since the happy face in the middle of the “ro” along with the cursive “Hello! Channel” underneath it added a nice touch.

The main picture features Ai-chan along with Fukumura, Kanon, Riho, and Ikuta wearing chick and hen outfits, and while it seems like a somewhat weird concept I really liked it since it fits with the Senpai-Kouhai theme and also because they all look really cute.

The cover is a bit more full of text and other stuff than before, which might be a bit too much for some fans since most of the top is covered by a pink bar and most of the sides are full of side, but I’m glad to see that all of the members are easy to see in between the wall of text.

Overall I really liked the cover, and while I would have liked to see the older logo along with a less cluttered cover I like the cute hen and chick theme that Ai-chan, Fukumura, Kanon, Riho, and Ikuta are wearing along with the happy face in the middle of the “ro” in “Haro”.

Hopefully fans already have their copy of the mook reserved since it seems like this volume will be a great release.

The release date is set for 4/21.

EDIT: Bigger cover has been released:
