H!P Releases July 25

Only one release today, Kumai Yurina’s 2nd PB titled FLOWERAGE:

Kumai Yurina – FLOWERAGE, Kumai Yurina’s 2nd PB which features various shots of Kumai in bikini and casual clothes. Since there aren’t that many previews available I wasn’t really able to fully get the theme the photographer is trying to use, but from the few previews I have seen I am really impressed.

There are many shots of Kumai just being herself and having fun, for example this one:

It’s great to see her acting natural and having fun playing sports. Although she is one of Berryz Koubou’s best singers she is usually underpromoted, so I’m glad to see that they at least spent some time taking good pictures where we can see her act as herself.

There was also a video which was released on Dohhh-Up some days ago which shows a preview of the special Making Of DVD that will be released on 9/16 (as far as I know it is only available through this page and they are only taking orders until 8/14).

That preview shows us a bit more of what we can expect to find on the PB, including shots of her on a bed, the beach and on other locations. Although it’s a bit short in length we can get a bigger picture of what the PB contains and what we can expect to see.

Overall they did a great job with Kumai’s 2nd PB, the only thing that I would have liked to see was more promotion, since they announced the release of the PB too close to the release date I don’t think many people knew about it (not like Suzuki’s where she had a lot of chances to promote her’s).

Next release will be on 7/29 with Berryz Koubou’s concert DVD and Mano Erina’s Sekai wa Summer Party.

Random H!P Vol 21

It’s that time of the week again for the site updates and the weekly video! Polls: Sugaya Risako won with 75 votes, so congratulations to her, second was JunJun (58 votes) and last (for some reason) Michishige Sayumi (39 votes). Next poll will be of Pucchimoni V so please vote!

Profiles: I didn’t have a chance to work on any of them since I had a pretty busy week, so this next week I will try and get as much as I can finished since I will be going back to school in about 3 weeks. Hopefully by then I will have started on the group section, and I also hope that I can finish the entire section before school starts.

On to this weeks Yorosen, it’s the second part of Suzuki’s golf week and she teaches us more about golf. This week we learn why there are 18 holes and the names of some of the scores you can get in Golf. Overall a really informative and fun episode and I hope you enjoy this 2nd episode of Suzuki’s Golf week on Yorosen as much as I did.
