Niigaki Risa To Get A New Corner Titled “Risa☆Deco”

It has been revealed through the official H!P fanclub website that Niigaki will get her own “corner” on the fanclub page titled Risa☆Deco where we will see her make things into deco art, share a photo, and a comment (Source: H!O).

Like Mitsui’s “corner”, it has not been confirmed it’s a blog but it will most likely be one. I’m kind of surprised to see all of these announcements for “corners”, I didn’t expect to see any of the members have blogs, but I guess H!P had it planned for a while.

Hopefully they will make some corners with some other groups like Berryz Koubou and C-ute, since it would be great to see a Suzuki, Chinami or Momoko corner, but for now it’s great to know that Niigaki got one.

Risa☆Deco (romanized “Risa☆Deko” from “リサ☆デコ”) will start on 7/31 so if there are any fanclub members that are also Gaki fans this is something to look forward to.

Kumai Yurina – FLOWERAGE PB Cover Released

The cover for Kumai Yurina’s next PB titled FLOWERAGE has been released. I really like how the cover looks, mainly because Kumai looks incredibly pretty on it, and the flower she is wearing makes her look younger and it gives the cover a somewhat “fresh and spring” theme (I guess that is where FLOWERAGE comes from).

The title “FLOWERAGE” is easier to read compared to previous PB releases (it can be easily found without using a magnifying glass), although when I looked at it the first time I thought it was a flower magazine for some reason.

Kumai looks incredibly pretty and cute on the cover, maybe this PB can show UFA that not every PB cover has to have a bikini to look good. Hopefully some previews of the PB appear soon, since we are already close to the release date.

The release date is set for 7/25.

Melon Kinenbi & Midori – SWEET SUICIDE SUMMER STORY Preview Released

A preview for Melon Kinenbi’s 3rd collaboration single with Midori titled SWEET SUICIDE SUMMER STORY has been released.

To be honest I don’t really like it, it may be due to the radio quality but (for me) there are some parts where the music somehow doesn’t fit the lyrics.

The rhythm of the song is somewhat more faster and slightly happier than the previous release, so it might appeal to Melon Kinenbi fans. The girls sound good for the most part and I think the single will probably sell well among the fans.

This is just a guess but they are probably trying out different genres to see which one they use for future Melon Kinenbi releases, and for the most part I think they are doing well in trying out the different sounds.

The single is set for release on 8/12.
